Extraction Description : Juniper needle oil is the volatile oil obtained by steam distillation of the fruiting twigs of the plant Juniperus communis Linne. var erecta Pursch (Fam. Cupressaceae)

Scent Description : Sweet fresh woody-balsamic odour.

Helps with cellulite, oily skin. Veterinary preventative of ticks and fleas. Antiseptic and astringent oil for bath and massage where there is cellulite (dilute well in carrier oil for massage or dispersant for the bath with plain bath oil or tablespoon of milk). Has a calming effect on the emotions. Reputed to strengthen the immune system. Vapourise as an anti-bacterial. Restores psychic purity.

Antiseptic, skin toning, tones, stimulates. Good for hangovers.
